Hi, Welcome to my home page. My name is Frank Hollman and I set up this web site to advertise myself as a Boat Safety Scheme Examiner. After over 30 years as an engineer in the contracting industry I decided I wanted to spend more time afloat but needed to balance this with a need to keep working. So, as an already trained electrical and mechanical engineer, I attended and passed the Boat Safety Scheme Examiners course. I decided NDL Boat Services should provide only excellent service, consistency and above all else, help to other boat owners to make the whole process of obtaining the BSS certificate as uncomplicated and as friendly as possible.
